Save the date for Deanna Rose Farmstead's Annual Farm Fest 2009! This family friendly Overland Park community park and playground is hosting its annual event and fundraiser on May 31, 2009. For this one evening, the farmstead becomes a wonderland of family entertainment, food, music, and fun for the entire community!
This year kcmetromoms.com is once again a proud partner in promoting this fantastic event and will be on-site sharing in all the fun! The kids will have a blast mining, fishing, dancing and of course – eating! There's a full savory buffet with lots to choose from!
The Farmstead will close early on Sunday, May 31, for this annual event that benefts the Farmstead, the Jewish Community Center and Operation Breakthrough.
Tickets can be purchased at the Farmstead located at 138th and Switzer in Overland Park, at Jewish Community Center located at 5801 W. 115th St. in Overland Park, or online through Operation Breakthrough. Proceeds benefit these three organizations.
The Farmstead will be closed to anyone without a ticket during this event. Get your tickets early and make plans to attend with your family and friends! See you at the farm!
