Most of the KC metro kids are out of school on Monday January 18th, so we've got a fun, FREE activity idea that will keep them busy!
The College Basketball Experience right here in Kansas City wants you to help them Hoop It Up for Harvesters! If you've never been to The College Basketball Experience, you've got to check it out! It's so much more than just a museum! Your kids will love all the fun, hands-on activities and basketball themed things-to-do. The College Basketball Experience is located at 1401 Grand Blvd., part of the Sprint Centerin the Power & Light District of KCMO.
And, this Monday January 18, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. you can receive FREE admission to it all just by bringing your non-perishable food items to donate to Harvesters. Regular admission is usually $12 for adults and $9 for youths. So, adults bring in 3 cans or boxes to donate and kids bring in 2 cans or boxes for your FREE admission! The goal is to fill 25 barrels! What a fantastic way for the whole family to enjoy a day off! We "hoop" you have a great time!
