The coolest dad in Kansas City is turning ten. This month award-winning kid rocker Jim “Mr. Stinky Feet” Cosgrove celebrates a decade in the serious business of helping kids laugh, sing, and dance. And you’re invited to a super-groovy concert bash featuring Mr. Stinky Feet and his band The Hiccups, Saturday, August 23, at 11 a.m., at the Plaza Library’s Truman Forum, 4801 Main Street, Kansas City, MO. The concert is free and open to the public but reservations are required.
“A Decade of Stinky Feet” Concert will feature music from Mr. Stinky Feet’s seven albums, including his latest release Upside Down, performances by current and former members of The Hiccups, and an appearance by the band’s big green boxer-clad mascot Bop Bop Dinosaur.
IJim Cosgrove will be featured on KCPT's Uniquely Kansas City – a video magazine of the arts. The series will run on Thurs. Aug. 14 at 8 pm, Monday, Aug. 18 at 8 pm, and Sun. Aug. 31 at 6 pm.
